Yin Yoga
A serene subtle selection of gentle poses of deep stretch, release and relaxation in a calm, candle lit ambiance.
Chair Yoga
A gentle yoga practice offering supported stretches, movements and mindful breathing with the use of a chair for support, balance and accessibility for all.
Hatha Yoga
A well-rounded practice that allows you time to ground yourself and find your strength in each pose. Class will include breathwork, gentle opening postures, standing postures, balancing postures, forward folds and twists. Modifications and dynamic movement support all levels of practitioners.
Yoga Flow
A practice connecting movement and breathwork through a sequence of postures, allowing you to stretch, move, release and relax.
Hot Vinyasa Flow
A full body intermediate level practice incorporating breathwork and movement through a smooth, continuous sequence of postures in a heated room 94-98 degrees. A great stretch, release and relaxation!
Warm UpLift
A full body strength training class that builds muscles and confidence while being effective and fun. Each routine is choreographed with movement and high energy in a heated room of 90-94 degrees. Mat, weights and shoes.
Hot Power Yoga Flow
A powerful energetic cardiovascular workout focused on building strength and flexibility in the body through high-impact yoga postures in a heated room 94-98 degrees.
Hot Yoga Sculpt

Hot Boot Camp
A high energy workout that fuses sculpt, barre, pump and cardio into one powerful, sweat-drenched class designed to tone, strengthen, and energize in a heated room of 94 degrees. Mat and weights-no shoes.
